Job Title:

A Director of Strategic Customer Partnerships is needed to drive long-term revenue growth and profitability through strategic transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a programmatic approach to help sales organizations close large, complex deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional deal execution teams to maximize market opportunity.
  • Articulate value and structure long-term agreements to present the right deal to customers.
Priorities & Responsibilities:
  • Drive large and complex strategic deals by validating and engaging on opportunities where we intend to build > $5M+ NNACV opportunities.
  • Champion collaborative GTM activities for Strategic Accounts, including account planning sessions and review cadences.
  • Represent our organization in senior customer-facing roles as sponsor, strategist, and negotiator.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in software industry consulting or sales.
  • 7+ years of consultative direct sales experience into Enterprise accounts, preferably selling SaaS.
  • 5+ years of selling experience within ANZ market.
  • Demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience.
