About the Opportunity:
The successful Territory Manager will be responsible for leading and expanding our WA territory, with a strong presence at Perth Children's Hospital, providing support for surgical cases.
Drive business growth, identify opportunities, build relationships, and expand market share across orthopaedics and related specialties.
Maintain and nurture existing accounts, ensuring strong partnerships with surgeons.
Provide on-call support as required, delivering exceptional service and responsiveness to clinicians.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree or related qualification.
- Medical device sales experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
- Proven sales background as a medical device representative, skilled at navigating hospital structures to establish clinical pathways and drive product adoption.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Advanced MS Office skills to develop effective reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- You will have full Australian working rights and be vaccinated against Covid.
