Role Overview
We invite you to join our team as a Client Engagement Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in connecting with our distinguished automotive industry clients. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with our business customers, keeping them informed about current promotions and ensuring their satisfaction with our offerings through regular communication and feedback collection. This role presents an exciting opportunity to utilize your communication, negotiation, and adaptability skills in a lively setting, all while providing exceptional service and fostering lasting client relationships.
Key Information:
Full-time position Standard operational hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekend or evening shifts Four weeks off during the holiday season Based in a central business district locationCore Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates. Utilize customer relationship management platforms to track customer interactions and manage the sales pipeline. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling or cross-selling tailored to client needs. Collaborate with team members and clients to create customized solutions that meet specific requirements. Conduct precise data entry in accordance with performance metrics and standards.Ideal Candidate:
You are a customer-oriented professional, preferably with experience in the automotive sector, skilled at promptly addressing client needs and nurturing strong relationships. You possess the ability to identify sales opportunities, exceed targets, and deliver tailored solutions through effective teamwork. Your attention to detail and results-driven approach enable you to manage multiple tasks efficiently, supported by strong administrative capabilities. Your background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or contact center roles, along with a commitment to safety and compliance, aligns well with our expectations.
