We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Client Engagement Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, their families, and key stakeholders.
  • Conducting client assessments to understand their needs and aspirations.
  • Developing and implementing person-centred support plans to achieve outstanding outcomes.
  • Ensuring client safety through risk assessments and management.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for clients and referrers.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Valid and current Victorian Driver's Licence.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
  • Current First Aid and CPR.

Employment with Everi Pty is subject to satisfactory background checks, including Professional References, Employee Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
