About the Role

As a Client Manager within our vibrant Client Services team, you will serve as the primary liaison for our esteemed clients. This role is centered around engagement, where you will be instrumental in addressing client needs and ensuring our operational team achieves outstanding results in Workers Compensation claims management.

Your responsibilities will include building robust relationships with both current and prospective clients, allowing you to operate across various jurisdictions. By collaborating closely with our operational and sales teams, you will identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and optimize revenue for both our clients and the organization.

Your daily tasks will encompass:

  • Overseeing client relationships and providing effective support
  • Assisting clients in reaching their performance objectives
  • Customizing services to align with client needs and market trends
  • Fostering relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Facilitating claims reviews and ensuring productive discussions between clients and our team
  • Evaluating claims trends and implementing risk management processes
  • Educating clients on compliant claims management and offering strategic insights
  • Resolving conflicts among multiple parties

About You

What We Seek

To thrive in this position, you should be an engaging expert in Client Relationship Management with a proven history of success. Additional desirable qualifications include:

  • Experience in the insurance or workers compensation sector or as a Client Manager is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce is a plus.
