Job Title

The role of an HR Administration Officer involves providing support to our workforce in a fast-paced aged care environment. This position requires the ability to multitask and ensure compliance with care standards.

This includes assisting with recruitment activities, liaising with prospective applicants, arranging interviews, completing pre-employment checks, and managing employee files and records.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring employee performance appraisal schedules, liaison with the Human Resource Management Team, and assisting with the rostering team.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in administration or HR is essential, with at least 2 years in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in rostering software and strong MS Office skills are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary, as well as the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to a vibrant team culture are also important.
  • An NDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain) is mandatory.
