
Administrative Support Specialist

- Monitor and ensure timely completion of performance appraisal schedules.
- Collaborate with the Human Resource Management Team on various initiatives.
- Support the rostering team as needed.
The role plays a vital part in supporting the workforce within a fast-paced aged care environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking abilities, ensuring compliance with relevant care standards, and providing administrative support with efficiency and compassion.
Requirements- A minimum of 2 years' experience in administration/HR in a similar position.
- Proficiency in rostering software such as Humanforce, along with strong MS Office skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a vibrant team culture.
- NDIS clearance is required.
- Experience with rostering is highly desirable.
