Key Responsibilities- Liaise with prospective applicants and arrange interviews
- Complete pre-employment checks and employee file management
- Monitor employee performance appraisal schedules and assist the rostering team
- Support recruitment activities via multiple channels
- Collaborate with the Human Resource Management Team
- Previous experience in administration/HR, preferably with at least 2 years in a similar position
- Proficiency in rostering software and MS Office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with a strong ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- A positive attitude and a commitment to contributing to a vibrant team culture
- NDIS clearance or willingness to obtain
