
Human Resources Support Specialist

The successful candidate will support HR functions, ensure compliance with care standards, and provide administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- General administration duties, including recruitment activities, liaison with applicants, arranging interviews, and completing pre-employment checks.
- Employee file and records management, monitoring performance appraisal schedules, and liaison with the Human Resource Team.
- Supporting rostering operations and contributing to HR efficiency with compassion.
- Previous experience in administration/HR with at least 2 years in a similar position.
- Proficiency in software applications (e.g., rosters or MS Office) and strong communication skills.
- A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
