**We are seeking a full-time HR Administration Officer to work with us at Tenterfield Care Centre**

***What you will do**:
The HR Administration Officer is responsible for a range of general admin duties, such as:

- Recruitment activities via Seek other avenues.
- Arranging interviews.
- Completing pre-employment checks.
- Employee file and records management.
- Employee performance appraisal schedule monitoring.
- Liaison with the Human Resource Management Team.
- Assisting with the rostering team

**What you will bring**:

- Leverage your previous experience in administration/HR and have at least 2 years in a similar position.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Bring a positive and can-do attitude to contribute to our vibrant team culture.
- NDIS clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Experience in Rostering is DESIRABLE
