About the Role
LEAP Legal Software is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Specialist to join our Client Care team. As a Helpdesk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, troubleshooting software issues, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate support to clients via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, including hardware and environmental problems
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with software updates and releases
Collaborate with the Client Care team to achieve daily KPIs and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements
Strong technical background, with experience in software troubleshooting and support
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to changing software and hardware environments
