Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our IT team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our staff, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 6-star customer service by resolving escalated Helpdesk Tickets.
- Operate and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring high levels of uptime and service availability.
- Deploy hardware and software across the business, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Configure and manage our Intune environment, ensuring our staff have access to the tools and resources they need.
- Collaborate with our IT team to identify and implement service improvement initiatives.
- Perform maintenance and audit tasks as required, ensuring our IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years' experience in technical support, as well as a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Windows and Office. You will also need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
