Our organization is seeking an experienced Principal Engagement Partner to deliver client-centric outcomes and drive collaboration amongst stakeholders. This role involves managing a small team, obtaining a deep understanding of the client portfolio's business environment and strategy, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement client-centric roadmaps and process improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a small team to deliver outcomes by utilizing specialist expertise, knowledge, and skills
  • Obtaining a deep understanding of the client portfolio's business environment and strategy
  • Partnering, collaborating, and collecting information from internal and external stakeholders
  • Driving collaboration amongst stakeholders towards the development, implementation and management of client-centric roadmaps, strategic plans and process improvements
  • Providing expert leadership in the planning, development and implementation of best practice methodologies for a positive engagement experience
  • Creating and implementing complex Service Level Agreements
