
Client Partnership Specialist

The primary role of a Client Partnership Specialist is to foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, working in collaboration with senior directors and additional support staff to achieve strategic distribution objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide assistance to senior directors with lending strategy development, preparing credit analytics, and actively managing new deals throughout the various stages of the lending process.
- Contribute to the maintenance and retention of existing client relationships, including helping to manage the retention strategy for the core client base.
This position will be responsible for supporting sales and growth targets while delivering exceptional client service to the core client base.
To be successful, you will need to have:
- A degree in a related field.
- Cert IV in mortgage broking and finance broking.
- Relevant work experience in sales or processing roles within broking businesses, banks, or other financial services companies.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and high expectations in a pressurized environment.
- A strong client relationship skill set, combined with a strong client service ethic and prior maintenance of an existing book.
- Prior knowledge of the banking or broking industry, the Australian residential and commercial lending market, and the regulatory environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial analysis, credit writing skills, and approval standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills and effective time management.
