Role Overview

The role of Client Executive at a leading media group offers an exceptional opportunity to support clients in driving sales initiatives, crafting account strategies, and fostering strong client relationships. This is an ideal position for individuals with strong communication, verbal, and written skills who can work in a fast-paced environment under pressure, multitask, and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to each client's portfolio in close collaboration with the client partner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and progress against targets, taking proactive measures to address any deviations or obstacles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including client contact information, opportunities, sales activities, and communication history.
  • Contribute to a high-performance environment and act with clarity on strategy, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Assist the client partner in identifying and developing tailored solutions to address client needs and challenges.
  • Support the delivery of consistently high-quality outputs across client brief responses, including presentations (Google Slides) and client schedules (Google Sheets).
  • Maintain positive relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication, verbal, and written skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure, be able to multitask, and manage competing priorities.
  • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Impeccable time management skills.
  • Adaptability to changing environments (new selling solutions, products, ways of working).
  • Previous media experience is desirable.
  • Experience in Salesforce is desirable but not mandatory.
