Executive Assistant to Director

About the role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and highly organized individual to provide support to the Director/Owner of a successful family-owned business. The ideal candidate will be a people person with excellent interpersonal skills, able to maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the Director
- Email management and transcription from Dictaphone to emails
- Planning events and managing the Director's calendar
- File management and setting up effective sharing across a network
- Front of house duties, including calls and correspondence
- Managing, monitoring, and reconciling expenses
- Personal administration and other tasks as required
About you:
- Previous PA/EA experience is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed planning, organizing, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
