Work from a beautiful, spacious office located in Byron Bay Paradise
- 3 days a week - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday - 12 month contract

**Executive Assistant to Directors - 12 month Temporary Position**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
- Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings including preparing meeting rooms and materials.
- Maintain effective communication channels among team members and external stakeholders.
- Take minutes during meetings, highlighting key points and action items for follow-up.
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects and initiatives.
- Assist in financial tasks, such as updating expense spreadsheets and processing payments as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the family as required.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records in both physical and electronic formats.
- Collaborate with other team and family members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations and other documents as needed.
- Manage calendars and schedules ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and implementing process improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform general office duties, including office supply management and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience working as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
