Airport Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Airport Services team as a Turnaround Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Melbourne Airport Leadership team to ensure the smooth operation of our airport services.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and manage operational issues to minimize impacts on our customers and operations.
- Develop and implement projects to improve aircraft turnaround services and deliver tactical, operational, and strategic improvement initiatives.
- Support the management of domestic and international operational performance, ensuring consistency in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, on-time performance, customer satisfaction, and financial deliverables.
- Coordinate operational turnaround requirements to ensure activities occur within our Precision Timing Schedule.
- Build strong relationships with airport leaders, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure day-to-day customer service standards and on-time performance are met.
- Lead and maintain a skilled and enthusiastic workforce, aligned with business volume and targets.
- Develop and implement ongoing performance management of relevant team members.
- Foster an enhanced awareness of OH&S, aviation safety, and security policies among team members.
