We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our high-performing team at WOW Recruitment, specializing in Data Management solutions. This role involves managing existing accounts and pursuing new business opportunities with key clients.

About the Role

This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from home 2/3 of the time while still maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering sales presentations, managing client interactions, and negotiating deals. Your ability to create and manage quotes, proposals, and presentations will be essential in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • 80% account management and 20% new business focus
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospects and customers
  • Manage key accounts in the mid-market and enterprise space
  • Perform customer presentations and demos via online web conferencing tools
  • Updating of client profiling data and interactions on Salesforce
  • Manage the negotiation of deals with key customers
Requirements
  • Ideal candidate has 2-3 years of IT experience working as a Sales Account Manager or similar role, preferably in an MSP Environment
  • Experience with IBM Power or Commvault solutions will be highly advantageous
  • Previous exposure to IT Managed Services space i.e., infrastructure, such as mid-range systems, servers, virtualization, backup, and storage
  • Strong experience managing enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • You will be able to create and manage quotes, proposals, and presentations
  • Proven experience in retaining and growing key accounts
What We Offer
  • Excellent base salary and industry-leading uncapped commission structure resulting in a total earnings potential of $330,000 - $350,000 per year
