Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Director in the Cloud and Service Provider Segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the data centre solutions strategy with our key customers in this segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to support existing and new customers for Schneider Electric's portfolio of products and solutions for critical data centre applications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers within nominated accounts.
  • Process and analyse feasibility assessments for all bid/contract documents related to developed opportunities.
  • Support internal teams with commercial advice and support, managing the flow of requests and ensuring response rates are at optimum levels.
  • Articulate the business benefits and technical advantages of proposed solutions to customers.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or Business with experience in Information systems/ICT/Data Centres in the manufacturing space.
  • Ability to build long-term, customer-focused relationships.
  • Solid, direct, and related sales experience highly advantageous.
  • Sound commercial acumen with an enabling mindset, with the confidence to propose solutions to meet customer business needs.
  • Ability to communicate differentiating elements in a simple yet convincing manner.
