- Tertiary qualification in Agribusiness or Supply Chain Management.
- Extensive experience in agricultural procurement or sales operations.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural inputs, market dynamics, and farming practices.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
