- Monitor and manage inventory levels, delivery schedules, and order processing to prevent disruptions to supply chains.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support informed product selection and pricing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards to maintain a positive corporate reputation.
- Tertiary qualification in Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is essential.
- Extensive experience in agricultural procurement or sales operations, preferably within large-scale farming, is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural inputs, market dynamics, and farming practices is crucial.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement platforms is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.
- A willingness to collaborate across teams and travel to suppliers and customers is expected.
