About the Ideal Candidate:
- Tertiary qualification in Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in agricultural procurement or sales operations, preferably within large-scale farming.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural inputs, market dynamics, and farming practices.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, with a willingness to travel to suppliers and customers.
