Effective sales operations and procurement are crucial to the success of an agricultural rental and procurement business. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in leading operational and sales functions, managing inventory, overseeing procurement activities, and driving business efficiency through supplier relationships and streamlined processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage product inventory, procurement, sales operations, and administration for an agricultural rental unit
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with seasonal demand and operational objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, delivery schedules, and order processing to ensure uninterrupted supply
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to support product selection and pricing decisions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
About You
  • A tertiary qualification in Agribusiness or Supply Chain Management is preferred
  • Significant experience in agricultural procurement or sales operations, ideally within large-scale farming
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural inputs, market dynamics, and farming practices
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, with willingness to travel to suppliers and customers
