Main Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Manage key relationships within and across Assurance.
  • Opportunity and Demand: Work with engagement managers to allocate resources, challenge hours, timing, and flexibility of engagements.
  • Resource Management: Actively manage available resources, understand their capability, and proactively identify opportunities and resolve resourcing conflicts.
  • Performance Optimization: Highlight capability across the team and wider Assurance to optimise performance and meet engagement metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with resource management and/or supply and demand management in professional services.
  • Able to understand the business and learn the unique skills, needs, and goals of our people.
  • Able to find the right opportunities and connections to create diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teams.
  • Able to advocate solutions, provide insights, and manage expectations to optimise business performance.
