We are seeking a seasoned National Business Development Lead to spearhead our commercial laundry solutions sales efforts across the country. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for driving national sales initiatives through direct and distributor channels.
Key Responsibilities- Pursue strategic partnerships with distributors and channel partners to expand our customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in various sectors including education, hospitality, healthcare, law enforcement, and mining.
- Leverage your expertise in solution-based selling to drive long-cycle sales strategies and lead generation.
- Travel extensively within the country and occasionally internationally to foster business growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support tenders and complex sales endeavors.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably through distributor networks or directly to sectors like education, hospitality, health care, law enforcement, and mining.
- Strong understanding of distributor networks and solution-based selling methodologies.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and the ability to operate independently while guiding team members towards shared goals.
- Familiarity with selling commercial kitchen and laundry equipment is an asset.
