**About the Role**
National 360 is proud to have a long-tenured Management Team, and opportunities to become part of our high-performing and friendly team do not come about often. Our National Clinical Leads take overall accountability for their discipline, coordinating and leading professional therapy services within National 360, while maintaining a small independent caseload and providing clinical consultation to the national team.

The Clinical Lead for Speech Pathology is responsible for ensuring that clinical resources are appropriate and relevant to our Speech Pathologists, and for providing strategic advice to the Leadership Team on clinical matters affecting therapy, service planning decisions, policy, and workforce management. This role is also responsible for overseeing the company's Early Childhood services (360 Kids). **About You**

We like to keep an open mind when it comes to bringing new team members With that being said, there are a few requirements for this role which are:

- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology & registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- 8+ years' post-qualification experience.
- Experience working within the NDIS sector.
- Experience in clinical education and teaching and / or clinical quality or service delivery project implementation.
- Experience working with a Paediatric population.
