Job Overview
The Salesforce Platform Manager will play a critical role in driving projects on the Salesforce platform, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and departments.
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform.
- Own and drive the vision, direction, and roadmap for Salesforce.
- Ensure data quality, security, and privacy through proper data management, access controls.
- Implement business processes using Salesforce, such as lead and opportunity management, campaign management, and customer service.
- Provide support to users, including training, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom solutions, integrations, and apps on the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth through Salesforce adoption.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years relevant experience working within the Salesforce environment.
- Well-developed conceptual and analytical skills, with proven use of initiative in solving problems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with enjoyment of working with colleagues from different departments.
- Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management.
