Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our hotel team and drive business performance.

This high-visibility role offers the opportunity to create a meaningful legacy for a small, passionate team. As an ambassador of the brand and property, you will be responsible for driving an engaged team, guest satisfaction, and maximized operating results.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial and business acumen, as well as tenacity to drive top-line revenue and position the property in the economy marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations and drive business performance for the hotel.
  • Coach and mentor team members, assisting in their development and career progression.
  • Contribute positively to the local tourism economy to drive a strong brand presence.
  • Build local relationships and engage with partners.
  • Aim to achieve and exceed guest satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate strong cost controls across departments.
  • Drive revenue, sales, and distribution strategy in partnership with the portfolio support team.
  • Ensure full compliance with operating controls and legislation in all areas of the business.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a similar hotel brand or business.
  • Passionate to grow and develop self and others.
  • Strong relator with ability to build relationships.
  • Strategic, creative and able to communicate effectively.
  • A proven leader who is able to inspire others.
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated success in driving the commercial performance of the business and delivering on KPIs.
