**About the role**

Reporting to the Group Technology Manager, the Salesforce Platform Manager will play a critical role in driving and executing projects on Salesforce platform while collaborating with multiple stakeholders and departments. The Wests Group Salesforce environment is currently evolving, and you will be instrumental to furthering its expansion and optimisation in addition to:

- Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform.
- Own and drive the vision, direction, and roadmap for Salesforce.
- Ensure data quality, security, and privacy through proper data management, access controls.
- Implement business processes using Salesforce, such as lead and opportunity management, campaign management, and customer service.
- Provide support to users, including training, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Provide recommendations on how to best leverage Salesforce to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom solutions, integrations, and apps on the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and customer success, to align technology strategy with business goals.
- Develop user testing scripts and conduct user testing for the developer.

**About you**
- 3-5 years relevant experience working within the Salesforce environment.
- Well-developed conceptual and analytical skills and the proven use of initiative in solving problems, including knowledge and experience in defining, implementing, and enhancing business process.
- Ability to communicate clear and concise requirements to developers.
- Highly flexible, with the ability to identify, analyse and solve problems systematically in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organisation.
- excellent communication and collaboration skills; enjoyment of working with colleagues from different departments.
- Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management.
- Highly proficient technical writing capabilities.
- Experience working on projects in the Hospitality and/or Gaming sector desired but not essential.
