Strategic HR Partner for Macquarie Asset Management

We're looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our Sydney-based team. This role will leverage your expertise across various HR disciplines, including people, culture, engagement, diversity, and inclusion, as well as reward and employee relations. You'll support and coach business leaders on people matters throughout the employee life cycle, taking accountability for delivering HR advice and services for Macquarie Asset Management's Australia and Asia teams.
In collaboration with the global MAM HR team and Centres of Excellence, you'll provide tactical support in developing people activities, contribute to business initiatives, and input into Group-wide programs. Your proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders is essential.
This role requires a strong understanding of business issues and commercial acumen, combined with excellent communication skills and a data-driven approach. You'll work closely with our innovative HR team to create exceptional employee experiences.
What We Offer- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and demonstrable experience in the global banking or private equity sectors.
- A proven record of delivery within fast-paced, high-performing organisations, along with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage, collaborate, influence, and provide coaching at all levels.
- Data-led insights and analytical capabilities to inform decision-making.
- Demonstrated resilience and expertise in managing change and building organisational capability.
