In this role, you'll leverage your expertise across HR disciplines, including people, culture, engagement, diversity and inclusion, reward, and employee relations.

You'll work closely with our global MAM HR team and Centres of Excellence to advise on and support people activities, collaboration on business initiatives, and input into Group-wide programs. Your ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders will be key to driving business success.

This role offers the opportunity to develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business operations and drive impactful talent strategies. With your data-driven insights and commercial acumen, you'll help us deliver exceptional employee experiences and achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage HR expertise to drive strategic outcomes and deliver HR services
  • Work closely with our global MAM HR team and Centres of Excellence
  • Advise on and support people activities, collaboration on business initiatives, and input into Group-wide programs
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders to drive business success
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business operations and drive impactful talent strategies

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field
  • Demonstrable HR experience within the global banking/financial services sector
  • Strong understanding of business issues and commercial mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven approach with analytical capability
