Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring we maintain our high standards of care and support for individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the entire recruitment process from job vacancy advertisements to successful candidate placements.
- Develop job descriptions and post vacancies across relevant platforms.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for our organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintaining an organized applicant tracking system to ensure efficient record-keeping.
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Reviewing and interpreting employment laws, awards, contracts, wage systems, and dispute resolution processes to ensure compliance.
- Developing, planning, and creating enterprise agreements or collective contracts, including implementing productivity-based wage adjustments and workplace relations policies.
- Supervising the establishment and functioning of workplace consultative committees and initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Ensuring compliance with NDIS and industry standards throughout the recruitment process.
The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare or disability services.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and promoting inclusive practices.
