**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Review Branch.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the manager in managing the objection process, overseeing a team of more than 20 staff, and providing strong leadership to coach, develop, and motivate staff.

The role requires research, analysis, and determination of complex objections relating to state taxes, duties, and grants. The successful candidate will also liaise with operational branches on objection outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide strong leadership to coach, develop, and motivate staff.
  • Monitor workloads and allocate resources to meet team key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work with the Manager Review Branch to initiate and implement change and achieve consistency in decision making.
  • Research, analyze, and determine complex objections relating to state taxes, duties, and grants.
  • Liaise with operational branches on objection outcomes.
