At AccountAbility, we are seeking a skilled Payroll Operations Manager to lead our end-to-end payroll process.

The Role
  • Oversee the entire payroll lifecycle, ensuring seamless compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Maintain open communication channels with employees, addressing queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Apply expert knowledge of taxation rules to guarantee accurate tax calculations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to implement process enhancements and boost productivity.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing comprehensive payroll operations.
  • Proficiency in utilizing large Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performing team.
