Job Summary:

This leadership role involves managing a team of Rehabilitation Consultants and overseeing service growth in Western Sydney. As a Senior Manager, you will support your team, collaborate with management to drive business expansion, and promote quality and outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead a high-performing team delivering exceptional injury management services
  • Work closely with the management team to expand services across Western Sydney
  • Maximize productivity through performance monitoring and KPI tracking
  • Promote a culture aligned with our values and ongoing commitment to professional development and excellence
  • Account manage existing customers and pursue new business opportunities

About You:

  • Must hold an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist qualification with full relevant professional membership
  • Mandatory: minimum 3-4 years' experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation
  • Passionate about people management and relationship building
  • Proven track record in management, business development, quality assurance, and/or customer relationship management
  • Able to adapt communication style and approach
  • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Honesty, integrity, teamwork, and genuine commitment to continuous improvement
