About the Role

The Customer Experience Team Lead - Availability will play a key role in supporting Store leaders with the supervision of a team executing to a plan or the completion of a specialist task within the store. This includes supervising the execution of stockfill in line with Fill window, which includes RP Apparel & Table Lines, Impulse, Technology, and Party.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team to execute stockfill in line with Fill window.
  • Support Store leaders with the supervision of a team executing to a plan or the completion of a specialist task within the store.
  • Ensure a great customer experience every day.
  • Create respectful, trusting, and positive relationships with the community served.
  • Ensure a safe place to work and shop.

Salary Estimate

The estimated annual salary for this role is AU$80,000 - AU$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
