Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our patient solutions operation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective service strategies, as well as managing teams to deliver high-quality results.

This role is responsible for leading the customer and patient solutions department, generating value propositions for clients, and ensuring that production and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaboration: Working with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in patient services or a similar call center environment.
