Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Manager to lead our Food Service Channel in the South Australia and Northern Territory areas. This role is focused on managing key accounts, developing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Manage day-to-day requests and requirements of assigned accounts.
  • Stock Oversight: Oversee stock through various sales channels, ensuring quality control and presentation.
  • Relationship Building: Create relationships with prospects at every level, engaging senior decision makers and influencers.
  • Customer Relationship Ownership: Set strategic and tactical plans for assigned customers, becoming a trusted advisor for better business outcomes.
  • Internal and External Stakeholder Communication: Provide excellent service and communication to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Business Understanding: Develop a solid understanding of customers' businesses, operations, and market strategies.
  • Network Development: Build and maintain strong business relationships and networks with internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic Account Actions: Set joint business plans with customers for the next 6-12 months.
Requirements:
  • Exposure to the Food or Beverages categories or similar.
  • Experience in the Food Service (HoReCa, Distributors, QSR etc) industry.
  • Able to manage multiple customers across various channels.
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with various departments (Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, Finance).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to utilise sales data.
  • Track record of building profitable relationships.
  • Full driver's license and ability to travel interstate when required.
