Field Sales Representative Job Description

We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our team and manage accounts in Adelaide's North West territory.

About Us:

Strategic National Group is a nationally recognised field marketing organisation experiencing significant growth under a dynamic new senior management team. We specialise in sales, distribution, NPD blitzes, planograms, merchandising, and reporting, helping our clients achieve success in the Independent Grocery sector.

The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and execute business objectives within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Manage call cycles and visit schedules to ensure optimum customer coverage.
  • Service key independent grocery banners including IGA, Foodland, Drakes, and Foodworks.
  • Execute in-store activities such as display builds, planograms, staff training, and industry events/expos.
  • Provide timely written reports and field intelligence to the State Manager.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools and reporting systems.
