The ideal candidate will drive business growth in the Defence and Intelligence sector by developing and executing strategic plans to acquire new customers.

This role involves leading large-scale tender processes, managing complex sales cycles from prospecting through to contract negotiation. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, vendors, and partners to maximise business opportunities.

You will leverage industry insights and data-driven approaches to deliver tailored solutions to clients. A thorough understanding of the Defence and Intelligence market is essential to continuously adapt strategies to meet evolving client needs.

In this role, you will represent the organisation professionally, ensuring adherence to security and compliance requirements.

About You:

  • 5-10+ years of proven sales experience in technology or government sectors, ideally within Defence and Intelligence
  • Skilled at engaging senior executives and building trusted, long-term client relationships
  • Confident leading complex sales processes, including large tenders and multi-stakeholder negotiations
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen with an ability to analyse ROI and financial value for clients
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with teams
  • Committed to ethical business practices and maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an NV2 security clearance
