About the Role
  • Drive strategic business development initiatives to acquire new business within the Defence and Intelligence sector.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through to contract negotiation.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, vendors, and partners to maximise business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, solution owners, and executive leadership to drive sales success.
Your Qualifications
  • You have 5-10+ years of proven sales experience in technology or government sectors, ideally within Defence and Intelligence.
  • Skilled at engaging senior executives and building trusted, long-term client relationships.
  • Confident leading complex sales processes, including large tenders and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen with an ability to analyse ROI and financial value for clients.

  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with teams.
  • Committed to ethical business practices and maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an NV2 security clearance.
