Job Title: Lead Claims Team Manager

Job Summary:

Drive high-performance claims operations by leading a dynamic team of specialists. Leverage your passion for coaching and developing teams to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire team members to excel in operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Oversee daily claims operations, managing workloads and setting performance goals
  • Provide guidance and support to consultants on claims processing, customer queries, or escalated issues
  • E nsure compliance with internal policies, legislative standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Share product knowledge to resolve escalated claims complaints and issues
  • Monitor team productivity and performance reports, identifying trends and delivering coaching to enhance results
  • Promote a risk-aware environment, adhering to the company's risk framework and customer advocacy policies

Requirements:

  • Proven managerial experience, preferably in the claims or insurance sector
  • Experience leading high-performance teams and developing people
  • Claims or insurance industry knowledge is advantageous
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a challenging and dynamic environment
  • A proactive and highly motivated approach
