About the Leader Claims Operations Role

The leader oversees an operations team to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and quality for customers. This role includes managing personal injury products where applicable. The leader ensures both in-house and partnered teams meet work targets while prioritising and allocating activities to exceed customer expectations and maintain agreed service levels.
