About the Leader Claims Operations RoleThe leader oversees an operations team to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and quality for customers. This role includes managing personal injury products where applicable. The leader ensures both in-house and partnered teams meet work targets while prioritising and allocating activities to exceed customer expectations and maintain agreed service levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a high-performing operations team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Oversee the management of personal injury products, ensuring timely and effective resolution of claims.
