Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing guidance and support to leaders and employees on HR-related matters. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Tier 1 HR enquiries in a blue-collar, multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations: Provide expert advice to leaders and employees on HR-related issues.
  • Project Management: Support the delivery of various HR initiatives, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop insightful reports and assist with salary benchmarking to inform business decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the broader P&C team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment law and support with audits to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Travel: Visit Tassal sites across Tasmania with occasional interstate travel as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Relevant degree, AHRI Certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence when needed.
