
Culture and Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic HR professional to join our team as a Culture and Employee Relations Specialist. As a key member of our national P&C team, you will play a vital role in providing guidance and support to leaders and employees across various sites.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects, driving positive change within the organization.
- Develop reports and conduct salary benchmarking analysis, informing strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the broader P&C team, promoting a cohesive and supportive work environment.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with employment law, minimizing risk and ensuring best practices.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- 2-3 years' experience managing HR enquiries in a blue-collar, multi-site setting.
- A relevant degree, AHRI Certification, or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence when needed.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
