HR Assistant Job

The HR Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring employee data is captured accurately and managed effectively.

This dynamic individual will be responsible for delivering people processes and practices efficiently and effectively, providing administrative support to the People Team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Update HR databases and employee files, collaborating with corporate functions and office coordinators where necessary.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity across systems and files.
  • Prepare correspondence on behalf of the People Team, including contract extension letters and employment confirmation letters.
  • Coordinate performance check-ins as part of the onboarding process.
  • Assist the HR Coordinator with HR reporting using the HRIS system.

Skill Support:

  • Support the Learning & Performance team in administering project feedback cycles using the performance feedback system Lattice.
  • Manage participant lists for Nous learning programs and events.
  • Arrange logistics and set up sessions for the delivery of learning programs using Learn Amp.
  • Arrange webinar sessions and identify facilitators for local program delivery.

  • A strong work ethic and effective time management skills.

Key Qualifications:

  • A tertiary qualification in HR or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar HR/Recruitment/Administration position highly regarded.
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite or willing to learn.
