About the Job

The successful candidates will provide guidance on HR-related issues, support the delivery of HR initiatives, and contribute across the broader People and Culture team with a 'one team' mindset.

  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance to leaders and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Projects: Support the delivery of a range of HR activities.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Build reports and assist with salary benchmarking.
  • Teamwork: Contribute across the broader P&C team with a 'one team' mindset.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment law and support with audits.

The roles offer exposure to a wide range of HR activities across multiple sites, and the opportunity to work from home when operations allow.

About You
  • 2–3 years' experience managing HR enquiries in a blue-collar, multi-site environment.
  • Relevant degree, AHRI Certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence when needed.
