We're seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to join our team at Wyndham Destinations. As a key member of our sales leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales team to achieve defined targets through strategic planning, coaching, and motivation
  • Spearhead site financial management, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Mentor and develop sales staff, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence
About You:
  • A seasoned professional with a proven track record in vacation ownership sales, preferably with experience in managing high-performing teams
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders
