About the Role
As a Sales Manager at Travel + Leisure Co., you will play a key role in delivering exceptional holiday experiences for millions of travelers worldwide. Your primary focus will be on achieving defined sales targets through supportive management of the sales team. This involves motivating staff to achieve performance goals, providing training and education, and supporting marketing programs. You will also be responsible for site financial management, staff recruitment, and development.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver sales targets by supporting and motivating staff to achieve performance goals
Assist in providing training, education, and performance monitoring for sales teamsSupport marketing programs and educate sales staff on marketing strategiesRepresent the company in an ethical, moral, and professional mannerParticipate in management duties, training sessions, and sales meetingsRequirements
Previous experience in Timeshare/Vacation Ownership sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
Strong leadership ability, including motivating, coaching, and performance managementEffective communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customersPassion for holidays and travelTeam player with a friendly and supportive team environmentWilling to learn and open-mindedStrong communication skills and a 'whatever it takes' attitudeWhat We Offer
